the corner bistro is all about quality produce and a love of simple, unpretentious cooking.

our menu's feature the very best of the fantastic fresh local produce available. we endeavour to create every dish ourselves, but, if we don't, we tell you exactly where we get it from!

start the day with boiled eggs and soldiers, a full devonshire breakfast with local award winning sausages, organic baked beans on toast or eggs benedict - don't worry if you can't get a table in the morning or struggle to get out of bed, braunton's best breakfast menu is available at lunch too!

mull over lunch in one of north devon's leading restaurants - simple pasta with fresh tomato sauce and garlic bruschetta, fishcakes, farmhouse platters, a pint of prawns or choose from a wide range of sandwiches, toasties or even a burger – yes we do burgers, but, one is an aberdeen angus steak burger and the other is seared loin of tuna with wasabi mayo!

home-made cakes, cookies and cream teas are available and, costa coffee is served all day. the ambience is not fancy nor formal, just relaxed with genuine attentive service. fully licensed with an extensive unusual winelist complemented with a range of local microbrewery lagers, ales and ciders.

as day turns to night the tables are laid with crisp white linen, crystal glassware and driftwood table centres. the evening menu is simple, seasonal and centred around locally sourced produce from small artisan producers and farmers harvesting the finest produce from ocean, forest and farm.
