All images displayed on our website are copyright protected, please do not use, steal or borrow these
images for you our purpose without first gaining written permission from Eyeball-Surfcheck. If anyone
is found to be using any of our images for whatever purpose we shall take whatever legal action we fell
necessary in the circumstance. If these images are displayed on another website we shall take steps to
have that website shut down permanently. This may seem a little harsh but all images are from our own
hard work and skill and we want to protect them
the best we can.

Surf reports - Daily and weekend email reports:

Eyeball Surfcheck motto is "We tell you how it is not how we think it might be", our daily updated surf
reports found on thefront page of our website are your best guide to current conditions in the Woolacombe
area only, this covers
Woolacombe, Combesgate and Putsborough. We do not and will not be covering Croyde and Saunton; we
would prefer to leavethat the locals of those breaks. The swell size can differ greatly from bay to bay in the
North Devon area so be sure to check the current conditions for the break you are going to. Our weekend
outlook surf report emails are compiled using various data sources from the internet and fromover 30 years
combined surfing experience here at Eyeball Surfcheck. We will always try to give you the most accurate view
in our opinion of what the swell andweather will be doing for the coming weekend; however things can change
veryquickly. We can not be held responsible if the weather changes and doesn't do what we forecast. Always
be sure to check our website for the most up to date view of the surf before travelling to the beach.

Message Board:

The comments and views on our message board are in no way a reflection of the feelings of Eyeball-Surfcheck
and we cannot be held responsible for any postings which may appear on our message board. We will do our
best to moderateall material posted on our message board but sometimes things can be posted with out our
knowing. Please think twice before posting any pornographic, offensive or degrading material on our message
board, all IP addresses are logged for security reasons only and these may be used against you in the event of
an unsuitable posting.

Online Competitions:

The rules set out below ("Competition Rules") apply to each competition ("Promotion") Eyeball Surfcheck runs
on any of the Eyeball Surfcheck Sites ("Competition"). By participating in each Competition the user as an
entrant agrees to be bound by the Competition Rules (and any other rules which Eyeball Surfcheck tell you
apply to the Competition) and by the decisions of Eyeball Surfcheck, which are final in all matters relating to
the Competition. No correspondence will be entered into and Eyeball Surfcheck reserves the right to disqualify any
entrant and/or winner in its absolute
discretion.

There may only be one entry per person per competition, Eyeball Surfcheck reserves the right to delete multiple
entries.

No purchase is necessary to enter a Competition. All prizes are non-transferrable and no cash or credit alternatives
will be offered. Arrangements for the fulfillment of prizes may be made by a third party sponsor. Eyeball Surfcheck
reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any and all prizes with prizes of comparable value. All entries
must be received by the deadline for that Competition and late or incomplete entries will be disqualified. By you
enteringa Competition, if you are a winner, you grant Eyeball Surfcheck permission to use your name and likeness for
advertisingand future promotional purposes.

By you entering a Competition you:

(1) assign to Eyeball Surfcheck all rights, title and interest (including, without limitation, all intellectual property
rights however arising and in whatever media throughout the world) in perpetuity, in all creative material uploaded
onto any of the Eyeball Surfcheck Sites or otherwise provided by you where such creative material is the subject
of the Competition;
(2) irrevocably and unconditionally waive on your behalf in perpetuity the benefit of any provision of law known
as moral rights of authors of any similar law in any country;
(3) acknowledge that Eyeball Surfcheck may use such creative material in any way it sees fit without further
payment to you;
(4) warrant to Eyeball Surfcheck that such creative material is wholly original to you (in the sense of not being
copied), does not libel, defame, cause injury to, or invade the privacy of or otherwise infringe or violate the rights
of any third party and the use of such creative material by Eyeball Surfcheck will not infringe the rights of any
third party; and (5) consent to Eyeball Surfcheck passing your name and address to any third party to deliver
the prize(s) to you.

Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail as soon as possible after the Competition draw/decision. If you are a winner,
you may have to complete additional legal documents and return them to Eyeball Surfcheck within three working
days of receipt from Eyeball Surfcheck. Non-compliance or notification returned as undeliverable as addressed
will result in your disqualification as a winner and an alternative winner will be selected.
The receipt, by you if you are a winner, of any prize is conditional upon compliance of any and all laws, rules
and regulations including, without limitation, the Competition Rules and any further rules relating to such
Competition as Eyeball Surfcheck may impose. Winners are solely responsible for all insurance, applicable taxes
and for any expenses not specified in the prize description including those associated incidental expenses
associated with claiming the prize.

Eyeball Surfcheck reserves the right to implement age requirements or other eligibility criteria where necessary.
Competitions are not open to the employees of Eyeball Surfcheck or those of affiliated companies and subsidiaries,
nor to any sponsors, nor to the immediate families of such employees or sponsors. Winner(s) of the Competitions
agree that neither Eyeball Surfcheck nor its employees or any sponsors shall have any liability in connection
with the acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded herein. No responsibility can be accepted for entries
lost of delayed in transmission or for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries
arising from transmission and/or computer malfunctions, viruses, bugs or other similar causes.
